PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATION AND CERTIFICATION

Dr. Campbell earned his physical therapy degree from Indiana University. He completed his in-patient clinical training at IU Health Saxony Hip & Knee Center where he treated patients following Hip & Knee reconstruction. His extensive outpatient training in Orthopedics was completed at Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, Community Physical Therapy & Rehab, and Select Physical Therapy. He is the Physical Therapist and Co-Strength & Conditioning coach for Indiana University's Hockey Club and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and National Strength & Conditioning Association.
